Virtual Encounters
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
A collection of very short experimental games, not made to be necessarily entertaining. Playable in 5 minutes.
The Collector wants to show you something.
Enter his digital museum of three 'Virtual Encounters', each deemed equally unworthy of the term 'game' in their own way:
'Trolley Problem', 'Jam the Keys', 'Catch'.

Why was this made?
As a game design student, I felt increasingly boxed in by conventional game design rules. I felt that in the still novel medium "games", way more interesting experiences could be created if we broke free from these constraints. So I set out to create something truly unique. A collection of unconventional games, not bound by what is generally accepted to be a game and what isn't.
Aren't you tired of win screens, scorekeeping and clear-cut objectives? Why are we still seeing the same game design principles reused over and over again, just in different fonts?
Oops, now this itch page has turned into a pretentious rant. Just play the game already.
